5. We will maintain a security program to protect your information.  Program will include physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with federal regulations to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information. 

6.  Restrictions on disclosing your information to outsidersWe pledge not to reveal specific information about your accounts, or other information that will personally identify you, to those outside the State Bank of Graymont organization for their independent use, unless:

       The information is necessary to affect, administer or enforce a transaction you requested

       You request or authorize that the information be revealed

       The disclosure is required or permitted by law

       We have informed you that this information may be disclosed and have given you an opportunity to decline.

7.  We will maintain your privacy in business relationships with third partiesIf we do provide customer information to a third party, we will insist-through a written agreement-that the third party adhere to privacy principles similar to those which the State Bank of Graymont adheres for keeping this information confidential.
